From Lagu Township in Nantou County, Taiwan, comes this classic and highly prized style of oolong, Dong Ding. Also referred to as Tung Ting, this oolong is charcoal fired and deeply kissed by the roasting process. You'll find it wonderfully balanced with a unique sweetness reminiscent of honey and toast, accented by a dry woodiness and hint of exotic pineapple and flowers that calls you back for more.
