About Herbal Tea

Is Herbal Tea tea? Well, not in the strictest sense because herbals do not contain any of the tea plant (camellia sinensis), but they do contain everything else: herbs, spices, fruits, and flowers! Instead, we refer to our caffeine-free herbal tea collection as tisanes - when in doubt, go for the word that's both fancy and accurate, right?

Call them herbal teas, tisanes, tinctures, infusions, or just plain herbals, we're here to tell Shakespeare that a rose by any other name would smell as sweet because it doesn't matter what you call herbal tisanes - they're 100% caffeine-free deliciousness.

How to Brew Herbal Tea

Herbals are the easiest and most forgiving teas in our loose leaf tea collection. You can brew these tisanes right off the boil for 3-5 minutes. Click on our guide below for more information about how to get the most benefit out of these infusions!
