We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented individual to help with the sweet task of pouring and infusing our raw honeys! No prior experience is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Fill 12 oz, 3 oz, and 19 oz honey jars 
• Continuously manage current honey infusions, including stirring, tasting, and evaluating 
• Experiment with new infusions and record findings in spreadsheets 
• Maintain inventory control for honey and other supplies as needed 
• Report to warehouse supervisor for ordering honey 
• Maintain clean and sanitary workspace 
• Other duties as assigned

Heavy lifting required (50+ lbs). Must be agreeable to light cleaning and washing equipment daily. This position primarily involves working independently, but will also require periods of working in a team environment as deemed necessary. Must be able to re-prioritize tasks based upon the needs of the shop.

We are seeking a precise, meticulous individual to help us keep up with the demand for our in-house tea & tisane blends (and eventually create new ones)! No prior experience is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Blend ST&HCo. custom blends using the established recipes 
• Maintain sanitary and safe practices for handling food 
• Follow procedures for handling allergens 
• Maintain inventory of house blends 
• Handle herb ordering and inventory 
• Handle custom blends 
• Experiment with herb combinations to develop new blends 
• Other duties aside from blending, including placing orders for warehouse items as needed 
• Other duties as assigned 

Some light lifting required. Must be proficient in math and be able to strictly follow step-by-step precise instructions for recipes. This position involves working independently in a small area, as well in a team environment with other associates. Must be able to re-prioritize tasks based upon the needs of the shop.
