A Quiet Mind
About Our Anti-Anxiety Herbal Tea
It probably comes as no surprise that an unofficial study of the herbal teas that sell most quickly from our Saratoga Springs store reveals a lot of people are having trouble coping with stress, anxiety, and insomnia in our post-COVID world. While we already had several sleep, anti-stress, and relaxation teas as part of our collection, we wanted to work with a nutritionist / herbalist to create a blend specifically for those of us who need a calming cuppa.
A subtle blend that's smooth for sipping, this beautiful blend of floral herbs is ideal for those that are looking for a tea to help quell their anxiety, reduce stress, and increase mindfulness during meditation. It may also be used as a sleep time tea, steeped and enjoyed hot before bed or sipped throughout the day as an iced tea for anxiety. In addition, it may also be used medicinally as an infusion, steeped overnight for added anti-anxiety benefits.
