About Yerba Maté

Organically Produced Caffeinated Herbal Tisane

Western: Brew 5 grams (1 heaping Tbsp) in 16 ounces of 185° F water for 3-5 minutes.

Maté Gourd: Warm your gourd with 185° F water and then discard. Fill your gourd 1/3 full with Yerba Maté. Add 185° water and steep for 1 minute before you begin sipping through your bombilla (traditional filtered straw). Continuously add water to continue enjoying your Yerba Maté throughout the day.
